Should History Record the Unvarnished Bush?: “goofs, and accompanying laughter, were stricken from the record — deus ex machina — in the official White House transcripts.” Official transcripts by definition should record exactly what was said and how Bush said it. I don’t care if he flubbed someone’s name or said we should volunteer for 4,000 years of work – record it as he said it instead of cleaning up the mistakes. That’s what they are there for, and as a citizen I think they should be recorded accurately.

After our 4 hour client meeting this morning, Kymberlie and I headed out to get some lunch. After we ate we went to Wal-Mart to see if they had any pretty flowers for sale (they didn’t today) and to get me some anti-itch cream for the 20+ mosquito bites on my right foot alone. Yes, mosquito bites – Friday night I sat out on the boss’s patio at his house talking with Liz and the mosquitos were just eating me alive while I watched. I couldn’t swat them away fast enough. So now my right foot itches, along with my left thigh where the rest of the bites are. While looking at the selection ointments & creams that would help ease my pain, I noticed the “Udder Balm” on the top shelf. No problem, I’ve seen that and “Bag Balm” for years. I did however comment to Kymberlie that there were at least 100 jokes that could be made about the “Crack Cream”. Other then my observation, I decided not to go there – but it sure was tempting.

By the way, I highly recommend the Benadryl Itch Stopping Cream in the Extra Strength 2% formula. It has helped a lot this afternoon.

My goal has finally been reached. Now if you do a Google Search for Christine, I am NUMBER ONE! w00t! It must have been the other Kristine’s tips that finally pushed me over the top. What were her tips? I’m not telling! Number 2 might steal my spot! I’m number 1! Yes, I am an absolute geek and this thrills me to no end.
