Unfortunately, I don’t have Mozilla on my work PC, so I can’t test this – but I think I have finally found the bug that was causing my page to display wrong (for lack of better term). Could some kind Mozilla user let me know if my site is behaving now?
I’m still working on my blogroll updates – there were a lot of people that I thought were on there that aren’t. I’ve only implemented the new lists in the default skin too – so if you’re using any other skin, you’re seeing my old blogrolls, and the main one is pretty much empty. Sorry. I’ll be fixing that soon!
Does anyone know how to post a partial blogroll (random list of x number of entries) in your sidebar, but display the full blogroll on a separate link page? Can you point me in the right direction?

when you figure out how to have a partial blogroll and such please email me and let me know as well
Looks fine to me. Moz 1.4, Win 2K. But I couldn’t tell there was anything wrong with it before.
&showall=1 at the end of your $url = string gives you the entire blogroll… i think (i’ll email you after i test it)
(seen that at scriptygoddess somewhere)
I put the link to launch my blogroll sidebar underneath the blogroll on my main page. It shows me all the links, but it opens a new tab with the sidebar. If that’s not what you want, I’m no help. I’d like to do that too.
I think your page looks great. I’m here through Firebird.
Jenna’s way looks like it will probably be best. Wish that was in the documentation somwhere.
I did it the hard way
I have partial blogrolls already, bterza. I went in to the preferences for the blogroll and told it to display x number of random links, and then posted the Javascript code into my sidebar. If the showall code works, that *rocks!* Then I can finally have a long blogroll link page too!
Better 🙂 Last time I was here there were entries in the right column.. now there is linkage 🙂
Yay, it’s finally fixed! I meant to tell you that the mozilla side thingey happened again on that dark grey pixelog photo skin, but well, I got busy with stuff. Glad to see it looks right again. 😀 I think you just have to watch out when you using < and > in posts… 🙂
No, it was actually the darn double dash thing again. Who would ever think that a silly double dash would freak out Mozilla?
did you get my email christine?
I just logged in to check my mail for the first time today & I got it – I’ll test it out tonight, but it looks like it should work. Yeah!!! I’m so excited!
please share the code (as clear cut as it can be) if possible!!! thanks!
Yes, looks normal on my Mozilla. 🙂 I didn’t say anything because I thought you wanted it that way. I try to avoid IE like the plague.
i use mozilla and i’ve never had any problem with your site!
I was going to recommend Lynda’s way, but I’m liking “showall” a lot better. 🙂
My site looks wonky with Mozilla and I’ve been unable to figure out why. What “fix” did you find for your site??
